9. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms specified in individual service agreements. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nanjing, Jiangsu Province.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
